Het doel van de opleiding:
De OPRS-opleiding is een volledig en intensief trainingstraject dat plaatslagers naar 
het hoogste niveau brengt. Zowel beginners als ervaren herstellers krijgen hier een allesomvattende opleiding in moderne carrosserieherstellingen. Na succesvolle afronding mag de deelnemer zich met recht Outer Panel Repair Specialist noemen. Tijdens de opleiding verwerft u een grondige beheersing van uitdeuktechnieken met PDR, spottertechnieken op staal en aluminium, en lijmtechnieken op beide materialen, telkens met focus op een hoogkwalitatieve afwerking. Ook kunststofherstellingen, plamuren en schuren, evenals glasherstel maken integraal deel uit van het programma. Het traject wordt afgesloten met een eindproef die de verworven kennis en vaardigheden bevestigt. Een opleiding voor wie zijn herstelkwaliteit, efficiëntie en vakmanschap zichtbaar naar een hoger niveau wil tillen.

- Fase 1 : 3 dagen - Kleine herstellingen (niv 1) + Kunststofherstel + Evaluatie
- Fase 2 : 3 dagen - Kleine herstellingen (niv 2) + Medium herstellingen (staal) + Evaluatie
- Fase 3 : 3 dagen - Kleine herstellingen (niv 3) + Medium herstellingen (aluminium) + Medium herstellingen (lijm) + Evaluatie
- Fase 4 : 3 dagen - Kleine herstellingen (niv 3) + Glasherstel + Evaluatie van het volledige traject + overhandiging van het OPRS certificaat

Le parcours se termine par un examen final qui confirme les connaissances et les compétences acquises. Une formation pour ceux qui souhaitent améliorer de manière visible la qualité, l’efficacité et le savoir-faire de leurs réparations.

The purpose of the training:
The OPRS program is a comprehensive and intensive training course that takes panel repair technicians to the highest level. Both beginners and experienced repairers receive an all-encompassing education in modern body repair techniques. Upon successful completion, participants can rightfully call themselves an Outer Panel Repair Specialist.

During the training, you will develop a thorough command of dent repair techniques using PDR, spotter techniques on steel and aluminum, and adhesive repair methods for both materials—always with a strong focus on high-quality finishing. Plastic repairs, filling and sanding, as well as glass repair, are also integral parts of the program.

The course concludes with a final assessment that validates the knowledge and skills acquired. This is the ideal training for anyone looking to elevate their repair quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship to a visibly higher level.

Phase 1: 3 days – Small Repairs (Level 1) + Plastic Repair + Evaluation
Phase 2: 3 days – Small Repairs (Level 2) + Medium Repairs (Steel) + Evaluation
Phase 3: 3 days – Small Repairs (Level 3) + Medium Repairs (Aluminium) + Medium Repairs (Bonded Panels) + Evaluation
Phase 4: 3 days – Small Repairs (Level 3) + Glass Repair + Final Evaluation of the entire program + Awarding of the OPRS Certificate
The full program is completed over a period of 4 months.
