Sturdy, closed footwear is also required as part of this attire. Additional protective equipment, if needed, will be specified separately.
Failure to comply with safety regulations or failure to wear/use the required protective equipment will result in exclusion from practical exercises. Without completing the practical exercises, the training cannot be successfully completed. In such cases, attendance days will not be taken into account.
We offer you different training formats that are tailored to various training content. Here is an overview of the differences between the formats:
In face-to-face training, participants meet at a specific location, such as a Hotel or training academy. Personal interaction with colleagues strengthens teamwork and soft skills. The training environment also enables participants to efficiently avoid distractions and concentrate on the training. Within the group, participants have the opportunity to consolidate what they have learned in role plays. They then receive immediate feedback that can be applied directly to optimally prepare for real situations.
In-house training allows for customized focus areas within the training concept that are specifically tailored to the needs of the dealership. The training takes place on-site at the business, enabling open questions or specific topics of the dealership to be addressed directly. As a result, the training is highly flexible and can seamlessly fit into the daily routine of the dealership. Another advantage is that participants do not incur any travel time or costs.
A VCT is an online learning environment where participants and trainers interact and work through the training content together using microphones and webcams. This format is an interactive, efficient, and flexible extension of digital training offerings. VCTs are used, among other things, for targeted preparation and follow-up of face-to-face training. The format offers the advantage of participating from any workplace without travel time or costs. Additionally, the shorter training duration allows a VCT to be flexibly integrated into the workday.
To successfully participate in a VCT, participants must have a functioning PC / laptop with a camera and headset. A tablet is only partially suitable due to functional problems. If this is missing, a participant cannot take part in the training and any cancellation costs must be borne by the dealer. After registration, participants automatically receive a how-to guide for starting a VCT.
The WBT is a self-learning medium in the form of e-Learnings, which includes short explanatory videos and knowledge checks. The learning time is typically between 15-30 minutes. The advantage of this format lies in the compact knowledge transfer and the ability to learn anytime, anywhere. A WBT can also be used for targeted preparation and follow-up on specific topics.
As the training coordinator, you book the training through the LMS.
You are responsible for arranging your Hotel booking yourself.
In the training description, you will find a Hotel booking link that provides a selection of available hotels.
The participant fees can be found in the respective training description in the LMS. The participation fee is binding upon registration and must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the start of the course. If payment is not received on time, the course registration will be canceled.
Cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 14 days before the course start date. For cancellations made after this period, the full course fee will be retained.
Please note that VAT is not included in the participation fee.
Participants in face-to-face training courses receive a free lunch.
